CEO and Executive Chairman
Bill Morrow is executive chairman and CEO at Quarri Technologies. Bill has more than 20 years of business foundation and leadership experience.
In 2006 he founded CSIdentity Corporation, growing it over a five-year period to become the leading wholesale provider of ID Theft services across the globe. He served as CEO and Chairman of the Board into 2011, leading the company to a $100m valuation. Previously he founded and served as the Vice Chairman of the Board, Director and CEO of Grande Communications.
In 2005 Bill was appointed by the Governor of Texas, Rick Perry, to serve on the Texas Emerging Technology Fund board. In 2007, Bill was reappointed to the committee and appointed to be Chairman for the next two years. Bill currently sits on the University of Texas San Antonio Development Board and has served for over 8 years.
Bill was the 2010 Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award winner for Central Texas.
Bill has a BA in Marketing from the University of Texas San Antonio and was awarded the UTSA Alumni Association Alumnus of the Year award in 2002. He earned both the San Antonio Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” award in 2001 and the 2002 Austin “Under 40” award for community service in the business and finance category.
Executive Vice President, Products and Founder
Mark Elliott is executive vice president of products and founder of Quarri Technologies. Mark has more than 20 years of Internet security product management experience.
Previously Mark served as vice president of product management at Blue Coat Systems, having joined as part of Blue Coat’s March 2006 acquisition of Permeo Technologies, where Mark led the product management and strategy. Prior to that Mark led product management for the firewall and VPN product lines at Check Point Software Technologies. During his tenure over 100,000 VPN gateways and millions of VPN clients were deployed worldwide.
Mark has also held a variety of engineering and networking positions with Times Mirror Co., Sun Microsystems and TRW (now Northrop Grumman).
Mark has a BS in Computer Science from Long Beach State University.
Executive Vice President
Carter McCrary is executive vice president of business development at Quarri Technologies. Carter has more than 25 years of business leadership in the technology industry as founder and executive of several companies. Previously he was president and CEO of Energetic Solutions LLC, a company that designs and manufactures a chemical-free pest repellant. Prior to joining Energetic Solutions, Carter was COO for Absolute Software Corporation, a publicly traded security software company and market leader in computer theft recovery, data protection, and asset tracking. Before Absolute he was area vice president and general manager of Dell, Inc., where he led a sales, marketing, and operations team of 1,200 employees across multiple regions. Prior to Dell, Carter was president of Digital Axis, a large Value Added Reseller of computer products and consulting services.
Carter has a BA in Economics from The University of Texas. Carter is also an Advisory Board Member at Adaptmicrosys, a technology design company specializing in communication and computing enhancements for the microprocessor industry.
